To Our new PRC Mississauga Club members,
We hope this message finds you well! We are so excited about the upcoming opening of our PRC Mississauga Club. We are experiencing a delay in opening. Please see the timelines below. We are working on ensuring that every detail is perfect for your arrival.
Club opening first week in November 2024
September 30 - Parking lot asphalted
October 10-17 - The courts will be color coated to specifications, using the same paint and product as the National Bank Open.
November 1 - Target Opening Day
Our team is dedicated to creating an exceptional environment where you can enjoy the game you love. We are ensuring everything in our new facility meets our high standards. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver the best possible facility.
Due to the delay in our new club opening, your annual membership start date will be adjusted to the first date the club is open. Therefore your renewal date will be 1 year from this new start date.
For lessons and programs missed, we will be providing adjustments for all cancelled classes.
We can’t wait to welcome you to our club and share in the joy of sport, tennis and pickleball. Stay tuned for updates. We promise it will be worth the wait!

NEW addition to PRC Mississauga
Premier Racquet Clubs is thrilled to welcome Jean-François Danican as the Head Tennis Professional at Premier Racquet Clubs Mississauga. Opening this Fall October at 5320 Ninth Line, Churchill Meadows.
Francois is a Tennis Canada level 3 coach, GPTCA certified and PTR Professional.
Francois has over 25 years of coaching experience, starting as a High performance coach at Van der Meer academy in Hilton Head, Saddlebrook in Tampa, Florida and the Head Coach in Al Wasl Club (Dubai).
He is also the co-founder and director at Emirates Tennis Academy (Dubai) before joining the Ontario Racquet Club in 2019. He has worked with numerous top 200 ITF juniors and over 15 ATP Tour/WTA players.
Francois is also the former coach of Australian top 40 ATP player Alexei Poperyn. François has traveled all over the world playing, coaching, and attending seminars. He was a multiple junior champion from Guadeloupe. No.10 in the nation in NCAA D2 and twice the MVP of the South Atlantic Conference.
Finally he was the team captain in College and he was also part of the 4 time all-conference team.
Passionate and dedicated to improving the level of tennis in Canada, he has led many students to national titles. Welcome to the PRC family, Francois.
TPA Seasonal Facility Excellence Award: Premier Racquet Club
The Tennis Professionals Association is proud to announce the TPA Excellence award to Premier Racquet Clubs Markham. Premier Racquet Clubs is a seasonal winter club with over 700 members. In addition to hosting TPA certification courses and workshops, PRC also engages in its community; in 2022, it provided scholarships for low-income children in the community, partnered with a local school to provide after school tennis programming and ran a charity event for them where over 400 kids from the school participated in a "Tennis-a-thon" that raised over $10,000.
